Our client first contacted us in February 2021 after 27 months of ongoing water leaks from the roof, defective plasterworks, and resultant damp affecting her first-floor flat in Wolverhampton.


Not only did she experience these horrendous living conditions, but she also went without hot water and heating for 1 year despite ongoing complaints to her Landlord, Accord Housing Association. Our client was provided with storage heaters, though this did little to warm up the entire property, particularly through the winter months.
